Heat exchanger inspection and cleaning
When a shell and tube exchanger fouls, we pull it on site and send it back to work: channel unbolted, cover swung clear, bundle drawn, cleaned, inspected and returned to service.
What we do
- Unbolt the channel cover
- Swing it clear on the davit, with no crane
- Draw the tube bundle
- Clean it, inspect it and return it to service
- Test every tube end to end with an eddy current probe, so you replace only what is failing
