Heavy duty fluid actuators
Pneumatic and hydraulic actuators built for large valves and high-torque, high-cycle applications such as pipeline and process isolation.
- CP: Compact pneumatic scotch-yoke actuator for quarter-turn valves, delivering high torque at low air pressure, in double-acting or spring-return configurations.
- CQ: Compact part-turn actuator using a helical-pin mechanism (rather than scotch-yoke) for high torque in a small footprint; available pneumatic (CQP) or hydraulic (CQH).
- Electronic Line Break: Self-contained electronic pipeline-monitoring system that continuously tracks pressure and automatically drives valve actuators to a safe position if it detects a potential line break.
- GO: Gas-over-oil actuator that converts pipeline gas pressure into hydraulic power to drive quarter-turn or linear valves, for remote oil & gas sites.
- GP/GH: Scotch-yoke actuator for quarter-turn on/off or modulating duty, pneumatic (GP) or hydraulic (GH), used across oil & gas, water, power, and chemical processing.
- HPG: Scotch-yoke actuator powered directly by pipeline gas pressure (no external power source needed) for quarter-turn valve operation.
- HPU: Custom-engineered hydraulic power unit supplying pressurised fluid to actuators, optionally with stored-energy accumulators, redundant pumps, or solar/gas-powered prime movers.
- LP/LH: Pneumatic (LP) or hydraulic (LH) linear actuator for on/off and control duty on globe and wedge-gate valves of all sizes, double-acting or spring-return.
- RH: Rack-and-pinion hydraulic actuator for quarter-turn valves, double-acting or spring-return, used in industrial, offshore, and process applications.
- Subsea: Hydraulic part-turn and linear actuators built for deepwater valve automation, in retrievable and non-retrievable configurations.
