Gearbox accessories
Accessories that adapt or extend manual and gear-operated valve actuation.
- Chainwheels: Chain-operated wheels that mount directly onto a gearbox input shaft (C, E, M, and CL series; direct-mount or clamp-on) to let valves mounted out of reach be operated from ground level.
- DSIR (Dual Speed Input Reducer): Accessory for manual gearboxes with F14/FA14 flanges that reduces the number of input turns (and so operating time), switchable between 1:1 and 4.25:1 ratios, up to 720 Nm output.
- Extension Spindles: Stainless or carbon steel spindle extensions, 500 mm to 8 m, connecting a gearbox/handwheel to a valve mounted below floor level or behind insulation.
- Handwheel: Manual handwheel, 125 mm to 2,000 mm diameter, in stainless steel or powder-coated finishes, for direct or geared valve operation.
- Lever Arm: Accessory that transfers the 90° output of an IW Mk2 or MTW worm gearbox to a damper spindle at a right angle.
- Mounting Kits: Precision CNC-machined stainless or carbon steel adaptor kits that mate ball, butterfly, and plug valves to rack-and-pinion or pneumatic actuators.
